Responsibilities:
Answering phones, emails and faxes

Working directly with customers to book tows, equipment & seacan moves

Working directly with drivers in all locations, giving call information and clearing

Lead Dispatcher

Maintaining Customer Service with Team Members and Customer’s

Requirements:
Vehicle knowledge an asset.

Must have exceptional computer skills

Able to work under stress situations

Have excellent communication skills dealing with customers, drivers, co-workers, team members and management.

Able to work without supervision.

Able to work with a team environment

Strong Multitasker and Positive Attitude

Strong Organizing Skill

Criminal Record Check required yearly
