The Education Department is seeking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the team. We invite you to consider this exciting opportunity and apply today!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing various administrative support duties. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures and standards. Is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of the manager.

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Qualifications

• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in similar position (required)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills (required)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Software (required)
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing (required)
• Ability to balance multiple demands and/or manage complex and competing priorities.
• Ability to use software applications and operate technological devices (e.g., computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.).
• Acute hospital or healthcare experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of additional software/systems (preferred)
• Ability to type 65 words per minute (preferred)
