Our company is seeking a passionate Senior Instructional Designer with the experience and expertise to contribute consistently to our group. The Senior Instructional Designer should have a background in instructional design, experience in training adults, and the ability to create engaging and effective training materials. We are looking for an individual that can quickly learn new programs and programs, who is self-motivated, and who can work well with others.
Responsibilities:
- Plan lessons that are aligned with corporate and school goals.
- Use Blackboard to develop online training.
- Select the appropriate instructional design approach based on the goals of the training.
- Create workshops and courses suited to diverse learning styles.
- Review course materials for quality and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39.00 – $47.00 per hour
