The role:

As a Talent Assessor at MMCG, you will work closely with our Home Managers and Talent Acquisition team to understand the requirements for the business and meet with potential candidates to assess their suitability for MMCG opportunities.

In role you will spend time with your dedicated homes to better understand each home, their environment and individual requirements allowing you to better assess for their vacancies. You will be responsible for effectively managing your diary to ensure you can offer maximum interview support to each of your key homes, reviewing interview material in use and updating where appropriate and monitoring your benchmark and attrition levels on an ongoing basis providing any data and MI to the Talent Acquisition Manager upon request.

About you:

• Previous experience of interviewing for operational roles as a recruiter or assessor
• Previous experience within the care industry would be ideal however this is not essential
• Strong decision-making ability
• Competent working knowledge of all system-based tools, including Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate candidates
• Ability to build positive relationships with key stakeholders across the business
• Ability to deal with difficult situations demonstrating confidence, patience and tact
