We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Specialist who can provide find solutions for the customer & provide exceptional service to our clients via e-mail and phone. Someone who is attentive to detail and a problem solver!

Location: On Site at our Midtown Manhattan (Chelsea) office

Role: Staff level

Work Hours: 9am – 6pm, 40-hour workweek.

What You Will Do: 

• Respond and resolve customer service queries – product inquiries, orders, and returns – on all channels (IG, FB, ticket desk, and phone calls) in a timely manner.
• Keep track of open tickets and follow up promptly as necessary.
• Offer alternatives or solutions to any issues or complaints.
• Answer phone calls and check voicemails.
• Monitor and analyze frequent common questions and share feedback with respective internal teams (design, production, accounting, etc.)
• Liaise with internal departments regarding specific inquiries that require specific information.

·      Build relationships with our global customers to optimize on retention.
