Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring a temporary recruiter! Marcal Paper is a paper manufacturing company with locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont, North Carolina, Mississippi, Tennessee and Nevada. This position will assist the Talent Acquisition department in recruitment of candidates for all locations.

Responsibilities for temporary recruiter

• Champion diversity candidate placement
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies and social media outlets
• Work closely with managers to facilitate the hiring process, from initial position opening through hire
• Source active and passive candidates through a variety of methods
• Work with HR and Talent Management to carry out an operational demand management process (Talent Acquisition Planning) in order to identify future talent needs
• Review applications and resumes to select potential candidates for open requisitions
• Respond daily to all questions regarding the ATS, troubleshoot issues and escalate to the Site Administrators when necessary
• Partner with HR and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, understand position requirements and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all State and Federal regulations Company policies
• Prepare s regarding recruitment activity

Qualifications for temporary recruiter

• Strong working knowledge of Web search engines, Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems
• Minimum 1 year of full life-cycle recruitment experience
• Must be very technically savvy in internet searches, social media, MS office, – Stable work history
• Indeed and Zip Recruiter experience required.
