JOB DESCRIPTION Marathon Press, Inc. is looking for a 1st Shift Machine Operator that will work alongside a creative team to develop high quality products for our clients. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, comprehend & follow instructions, and punctual.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce Quality product
• Ensure proper material is being used
• Able to maintain excellent production rate while maintaining high quality standards according to client specifications & company guidelines
• Follow all safety and operational procedures
• Ensure proper cleanliness of machine and immediate work area
• Excellent communication skills

REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Able to work independently
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Willing to learn hands on as all training will be provided on site.
• Able to lift 40 lbs throughout a shift

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE * Experience in manufacturing * Knowledge & Experience of Digital Printing and Graphic Design a plus * 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator*
