Responsibilities:

• Acts as a central contact for learning initiatives across the corporation; receives, prioritizes, and acts upon such requests and initiatives as appropriate.
• Consults with internal customers to analyze performance issues and identifies appropriate performance improvement interventions; determines the behavior that needs to be learned or changed, and the specific training needs and appropriate medium for the training.
• Applies a systematic approach to the design, develop, and delivery of compliance and performance improvement initiatives; consults with subject matter experts often and in depth to implement successful initiatives.
• Develops internal training programs as needed, including web-based and computer-based programs.
• Recommends appropriate learning initiatives throughout the corporation to ensure consistency and effective use of resources; ensures that learning solutions are aligned with corporate strategies.
• Coordinates the corporate learning management system (database) which handles enrolling, launching, and records maintenance for all employees; ensures integration of learning solutions and documentation.
• Directs outside vendors and contractors on the design, development, and delivery of compliance and performance improvement initiatives; negotiates with such vendors on the price, administration, and implementation of programs.
• Monitors and analyzes developing learning technologies an industry trends; advises management of the most effective way to implement corporate learning solutions.
• Applies adult learning theory and cognitive learning theory to ensure solutions generate performance improvement.
• Manages multiple projects and provides ongoing customer communications and support throughout the project.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in related area preferred; 3+ years of facilitating knowledge/skill transfer experience required.
• LMS systems experience is a plus
• Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management
• Ability to work independently and be self-directed
• Computer skills in Microsoft office suite software, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience building and managing relationships with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional certifications in adult learning and development are a plus
• Technology focused and utilizing technology in all aspects of learning and development
• Experience working with Workday Learning Admin platform

Travel Expected: Up to 40%
