Responsibilities:

• Coordinates schedules for health center teams.
• Collaborates with CE and clinical leaders for on-going performance assessments and professional development opportunities.
• Drives the interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes in collaboration with recruitment, OD and client advocate.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders on consistent and high quality service delivery,
• Direct oversight of operations and personnel of assigned health centers consisting of health center staff (includes physicians, medical assistants, RNs, health coaches, etc.) including conducting performance reviews, growth and development plans and performance improvement plans as necessary.
• Work closely with the providers, clinic teams and HQ teams in the coordination of patient care to ensure day-to-day health center operations are conducted in an efficient and professional manner.
• Responsible for meeting health center metrics and goals including reviewing the health center dashboard each month and assisting clinics with action plans as applicable.
• Partner with Finance to review and approve invoices.
• Responsible for clinic schedules to ensure staffing is adequate and within budget and time off is covered.
• Facilitate monthly in person or Skype meetings with the providers and health center staff to share best practices, solve issues and improve the quality and effectiveness of the health center operations.
• Collaborate with other Care Team Managers to share best practices and coordinate care and health center operations.
• Collaborate with Organizational Development and the Training team for ongoing development of health center teams.
• Participate in health center process improvement and the implementation of activities that improve or maintain quality of care.
• Demonstrate proficiency in applications and software systems including EMR/EHR and others to provide hands on support in the health centers as needed.
• Manage and provide input into the operational health center budgets which includes staffing, medical supplies inventory, medication inventory and any other controllable expenses.
• Coach and mentor health center teams on providing excellent customer service and assisting with resolution of patient complaints.
• Facilitate and ensure open communication with health center staff in support of the client advocate.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on relationships with local schools to recruit and retain health center talent.
• Responsible for partnering with client advocates on ways to drive client engagement and achieve performance guarantees.
• Communicate client related information; biometric incentives, wellness programming.

Qualifications:

• Effective time-management skills and ability to successfully manage and complete a variety of tasks
• A concierge-level of customer service with the patients at all times during an appointment and afterwards

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare field
• 4+ years of experience supervising and managing a team
• Multi-site, remote leadership experience is preferred
• Understand medical terminology
• Knowledge of computers & electronic medical record systems
