Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Operations Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to customers through, but not limited to, telephone and emails
- Inform customers by phone or email regarding the status of their parcel shipment
- Perform timely and accurate data entry
- communicate with other parcel stations.
- Assist customers in solving issues and problems related to shipments
- Escalate attention needed issues to supervisor/manager
- Sort and organize parcel
- Handle package returns
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; French an asset
