Call Center representative is in charge of answering customer calls, listening to every customer concern from start to finish and responsible for providing support. Must have an excellent attitude towards thier work and emphathy for thier customer needs. They should also have an excellent listening and problem solving skills to provide the information or solutions to thier customer needs. Well experience in a customer support role, strong phone and verbal communication skills, familiarity of CRM systems and practices, Customer fucos and adaptability to different personality types, ability to multi – task, set priorities and manage time effectively, with minimum atleast 1 plus year experience in total.
