Role: Business Analyst

Location: Sydney

Technical Skillset: Oracle EBS Payroll, Oracle EBS HR and Oracle Cloud HCM

Role Responsibility:

As the IT Business Analyst you will responsible for identifying and documenting the functional and non-functional requirements that will be used as inputs into the project in the Oracle EBS HR and Payroll Technology and HR/Payroll domain, enabling organization to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes.

· Working with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements

· Articulating requirements to development teams in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria and preparing functional specifications

· Undertake gap analysis; determine current and future state

· Provide expertise downstream in build and test phases

· Understand and adhere to enterprise methodologies and processes such as Agile Requirements Management (ARM) Framework and Requirements Development Framework (RDF).

· Demonstrated experience in Agile project management tools and frameworks, including Kanban, Scrum and/or Jira

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
• Exceptional ability to build and effectively manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Exposure to diverse experience with different types of technical environments and platforms will be highly regarded
