En tant que professionnel du service à la clientèle, vous serez chargé de gérer tous les aspects du service à la clientèle et de répondre aux besoins des clients par téléphone, par courriel et par d’éventuels services de suivi, le tout en rapport avec les produits de la Banque Manuvie. Vous devez posséder de solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles, en service à la clientèle et en communication.

– Un horaire de travail rotatif d’une semaine à la fois pour répondre aux appels des clients provenant d’autres fuseaux horaires sera nécessaire (heures de début rotatives entre les heures d’ouverture 8h00 – 12h00 AST /7h00 – 23h00 EST du lundi au vendredi, et samedi-dimanche 9h00-9h00 AST /8h00 – 20h00 EST. Ouvert 365 jours par an). La clientèle du service à la clientèle est répartie dans tout le Canada. Il faut faire preuve de souplesse en fonction de l’évolution de la demande des clients.
