GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Looking for an accomplished organic social media professional who has hands-on channel execution experience, ideally in financial services (but not required)
• ing to the Head of Content Marketing and Social Media, this individual will help drive Jenius Bank organic social media content development and channel engagement across multiple social platforms.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with Jenius Bank’s leadership, internal creatives, and leading marketing agencies to ideate creative post concepts
• Lead and implement the social media calendar and publishing cycle
• Drive content approvals across multiple organizations including legal and compliance
• Interface with the operations and compliance teams to manage social servicing issues
• Be a thought leader and in-house expert for on-channel community development—monitoring and engaging in comments and measuring success through our social media management tool
