Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Officer, you will join our Recruitment Department to contribute in strengthening the growth of Mantu Group at the international level.

You act as a real business partner to find the best candidate for your internal clients.

After the training period, you will complete the following tasks in autonomy and with the support of your Manager:

The aim of the recruitment Department is to define the best strategy to attract, recruit and retain the best candidates and manage the employer Brand visibility.

YOUR ROLE :

• Sourcing, hunting and the development of a network of specialized candidates using internal data, jobboards and social networks.
• In charge of of the recruitment needs related to the knowledge of the targeted population.
• Pre-Selection and interviews through phone call/event/video call.
• Direct approach and promotion of Mantu/Amaris Consulting professional experiences on job boards & social medias.
• Development of a network, creation and animation of a community of candidates.
• Active participation in recruitment process and candidates folllow-up.
• Weekly ing, meeting, and BI in order to analyze your activity.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Holder of a Bac+3/University level degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business management, or a relevant field.
• 6months-1year of work experience in any relevant field (internship included)
• Being able to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and an agile mindset.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in French & English. A third language is a plus.
