Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Work with a dynamic team of engineers and developers to support deliverables in an Agile environment.
•Design and implement solutions in a wide variety of application and/or service areas, including workstation baselines, server baselines, VDI solutions, client/server applications, web applications, and new technologies as identified by emerging requirements.
•Write high quality source code to meet design requirements for innovative products.
•Multitask across multiple products and meet specific deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
Software development skills with Microsoft .NET languages (preferably C#) and Visual Studio, or similar.
Knowledge of and experience with common web front end languages and frameworks such as C#, HTML, JavaScript, React, CSS, XML.Â
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Windows server and client products.Â
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities and/or technical requirements.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Relevant Associates or Bachelors degree or supporting certifications and relevant job experience:
Degree not required, 5-7 Years’ Experience in lieu of degree
1-3 Years’ Experience Bachelors
3-5 Years’ Experience Associates

Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft SharePoint development experience
3-5 years’ experience developing web applications
3-5 years’ experience developing Windows applications
Familiarity with Windows Stack Technologies
Practical experience with performance enhancements and code refactors of existing solutions.

The projected compensation range for this position is $74,800-$125,400. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
