• End to end recruitment experience – minimum 1 year experience
• Drive for success and client delivery

• Demonstrated recruitment experience and is willing to transition into the IT Recruitment world
• Passion for technology
• Sales and client relationship management experience
• Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions
• Demonstrated communications & presentation skills
• Persuasion & influencing skills
• Demonstrated relationship building skills
• Solid organisational skills
• Savvy with technology and MS office suite

The Role

Your role within this practice will be to manage your assigned vertical and become a specialist by:

• Building relationship with new and existing clients
• Creating IT candidate attraction strategies
• Working together with your clients
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Placing candidates successfully with your clients
• Working closely with your team to source the best IT talent in the market
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for our client’s recruitment needs
