About the Role

As a senior recruiter you are accountable to source, recruit and onboard candidates for the purpose of contract and permanent recruitment. You will be responsible for talent mapping and building talent pools across Experis verticals and will also focus on maximising careers for candidates and contractors resulting in further revenue for the Experis brand. You will also be accountable in supporting the National Delivery Manager in coaching and mentoring the National Resourcing team

Subject Matter Expert

• Mentor and coach resourcing team providing guidance and training on all resourcing activities
• Actively role model all People processes and practices

Candidate Management

• Management of the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to posting of job advertisements, screen suitable candidates, interviewing, administer assessments, reference checking and all administrative tasks associated.
• Onboarding of new candidates
• Development of specialised talent pools ensuring Experis has talent available for future job orders
• Maintain Bullhorn database with candidates of relevant skills and where necessary review applicants against job requirements and identify suitable applicants from active pool
• Ensure all candidates are compliant before they are allocated to an assignment
• Maintenance and accuracy of the candidate talent database in our database, ensuring regular connection is maintained via phone and email
• Ensure detailed job specification taken by the Recruitment Consultant, providing relevant information to ensure the resourcing team can source suitable candidates

Client Management

• Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to recruitment consultant and client expectation
• Provide regular updates on sourcing activity via email to the Recruitment Consultant team

What are we looking for in you?

• Previous experience in recruitment or customer service role (preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to solve complex scenarios
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Proficient with MS Office and IT Systems
