Defence Force Recruiting is a unique partnership between Talent Solutions and the Australian Defence Force, to recruit Defence personnel for our Australian Navy, Army, and Air Force.

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will:
Be responsible for securing high quality talent for ManpowerGroup (MPG) / Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) through targeted attraction, sourcing and talent management efforts. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will develop talent – related processes, practices, and strategies, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, support DFR hiring managers with advice, and assist with employer market branding and workforce planning.
