As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will:

Be responsible for securing high quality talent for ManpowerGroup (MPG) / Defence Force Recruiting (DFR) through targeted attraction, sourcing and talent management efforts. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will develop talent – related processes, practices, and strategies, ensure an outstanding candidate experience, support DFR hiring managers with advice, and assist with employer market branding and workforce planning.

Here are a few of the key areas of responsibilities you will perform as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

• Partner with the business to understand its recruitment needs and maintain situational awareness of internal movements so as to provide up-to-date information on recruitment drives and provide recommendations / shortlists of best suitable candidates for open roles;
• Create DFR’s recruitment strategy, including identifying, attracting and sourcing appropriate talent for positions via talent mapping, head hunting, phone screening, interviewing and offering positions;
• Develop strong talent pipelines via internal and external channels, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest effective market recruitment methods;
• Collect and analyse external and internal recruitment / hiring data to identify emerging trends
• Provide excellent candidate management and clear articulation of the DFR and MPG EVP to ensure MPG is viewed as an employer of choice

What we are looking for in a Talent Acquisition Business Partner:

To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Demonstrated organisational skills
• Sense of urgency and ‘speed to market’
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Persuasion and influencing skills
• Proven customer service and sales skills
• Intermediate MS Excel & Word Skills
