Job Description : Responsibilities : Forecast Planning acquisition and Demand Planning discussion with Sales and JOEMsProcurement and Delivery Planning based on validated long-term and short-term Customer ForecastProcurement Execution in SAP and delivery monitoring / negotiationImport Coordination and Delivery Monitoring from CompanyPlant to CustomersMonth-end and Year-end Stock-takingSOP, EOP, ECR management and coordination based on Logistics’ responsibilityAd-hoc Planning and Monitoring in case of high demand Fluctuation, Urgent Request from Customer, RelocationKPI Management : Inventory control, TCT management, Logistics cost management, On-time delivery managementAnalyze, implement, and manage value stream to improve work efficiencyOther tasks as per alignment with SupervisorWhat distinguishes you : Bachelor’s degree with studies related in supply chain, logistics, business process, process management, customer service is preferred3-5 years working experience in International Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management for multi-countries companyGood customer handling skills is preferredFluent in Japanese (both writing and speaking, JLPT N2 or above)Intermediate English, able to read and write emails related to demand and shipment situationsPossessing knowledge and experience in ERP (SAP is preferred)Proficient in Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail, work ethic, high integrity with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environmentProblem-solving skills with customer centric approachStrong communication and negotiation skillsDeep understanding / acknowledgment on communication discussion process.
