Manpower in partnership with National Agricultural Company is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcer for positions based in Eastern Time Zone. Contract position that will start with 6 months but could extend to 1 year and beyond.

States include: MI, IN, OH, KY, TN, WV, PA, MD, CT, NY, NJ, RI, MA, NH, VT, and ME.

Positions you will be sourcing and vetting candidates will be for CDL drivers, agricultural sales, warehouse, administrative and farm equipment maintenance techs.

What will you be doing?

• Sourcing talent on various job boards for positions in the states listed above
• Post job adverts and prescreen candidates for Agricultural positions such as CDL Drivers, maintenance for farm equipment, warehouse, Ag sales, clerical/admin
• High volume of calls, texts, emails
• Once great candidate is found you will pass on to the Talent Acquisition team for further review
