What is the job?

• Manages roughly 500 Refrigerated items at 3 distribution centers with measurable goals regarding fill rates.
• Has daily deadlines and cut off’s that must be met to accomplish Sales service and order fill requirements.
• Deploys and ensures proper code date rotation on of all items assigned.
• Coordinates orders that are placed with co-packers. This includes submitting orders and coordinating transportation.
• Coordinates the direct shipment of product from Hormel plants and multiple 3rd party warehouses.

What do you bring to the job?

• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills.
• Experience with personal computers and word processing.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Windows environment to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes.
• Ability to use custom computer programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to initiate appropriate action independently.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize work.
