JOB DUTIES :

Drive UI / UX / Content refresh programs to improve customer experience

Work closely with Product Owners to drive communications, campaigns, and UI / UX updates for onboarding programs

Manage and maintain AEM – Build support guides, assets, sales content, and campaigns set up and established in Adobe so we can establish successful tracking of campaigns in Adobe Analytics and Test and Target.

This will allow for real time metrics on campaigns.

Develop email templates, tutorials, and video content as needed

Manage content related projects

Manage communications and stakeholder socialization forums and meetings

Facilitate User Council Meetings and conduct User research / User testing as needed

Manage Help platform on our wireline business portal

Assist with building a Sales toolkit with appealing content including DIY and explainer videos

Develop content and messaging for new features

Drive targeted campaigns to promote and drive adoption

EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS :

A Bachelor’s degree desired. Adobe certifications are a plus.

LOGISTICS :

Shift : Standard business hours (EST)

Open to having candidates be located at or near any of major US locations (Silver Spring MD, Cary NC, Baskin Ridge NJ, Dallas TX, Ashburn VA) Preferred : Basking Ridge NJ
