JOB TITLE: Account Manager (Sales)

LOCATION: Columbia, Missouri

HOURS: Full-Time with the ability to work evening and weekend appointments as needed

COMPANY OVERVIEW:

Manor Roofing & Restoration is seeking a highly experienced business professional with construction industry relationships and the ability to review and manage the sales of roofs, siding, guttering, windows/doors, and decking in the residential & commercial market.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to evaluate and inspect roofing, siding, gutters, windows/doors, and decking for damage and accurately estimate costs in a timely manner with attention to profitability

• Meet daily with prospects and leads

• Attend weekly production/sales meetings with the team

• Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process including meeting with insurance adjusters

• Ability to accurately read insurance scope of loss

• Ability to bid jobs accurately, order materials, manage ongoing projects and follow through with frequent customer contact through the completion of any job

• Ability to write accurate and complete work orders

• Provide exceptional customer service

• Work in a heavily team-oriented environment and communicate effectively & efficiently

• Accurate document preparation and contract execution

• Follow up with homeowners for referrals

• Collect customer payments in a timely manner and in accordance with the expectations set in place

REQUIREMENTS:

• Sales experience required

• Industry experience & roofing installation or basic construction knowledge preferred

• Valid Driver’s License

• Excellent organizational management and business development skills

• Ability to remain positive and passionate about our customers and our product installation, we are not just selling and installing, we are offering our customers an unparalleled experience

• Excellent computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
