Manhattan Group Hiring for Recruitment Associate Job at Melbourne Full Time

We are recruiting for a major player in the Hospitality Industry, which is based in the Melbourne CBD but has sites across Victoria, Tasmania & Queensland.

This role with be working with and leading the Talent Acquisition team and recruiting for all positions across the group.

A background in hospitality is essential.

Some of your duties will include:

• End to end recruitment activities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand the scope of the request
• Ensure PD’s are maintained to reflect current and up-to-date information
• Provide regular updates of recruitment activities to stakeholders
• Monitor, coordinate & respond to internal & external queries.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Demonstrate 2-3 years of experience in recruitment management and selection
• Demonstrate previous experience with competency-based behavioural interviewing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong communication skills both orally and in writing
• Previous experience using search methods for sourcing talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $134,000.00 per year
