Manhattan Group Hiring for Human Resources Administrator Job at Australia Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Parttime Human Resource Officer for a Resort located in Melbourne’s western suburbs.

About the role

This role will see you work very closely with the CEO and be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day HR activities of the organisation.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Reviewing and where required updating HR policies, procedures, job descriptions, checklists etc.
• Writing of job ads, position descriptions and assisting with referee checks and attending interviews as required.
• Working with and assisting the CEO & Operations with performance management and complaints and disputes.
• Working with the Operation with onboarding of new employees, contract variations, offboarding and pay increases.
• Updating and maintaining employee personnel filing.
• Accurate generation and processing of employment-related documentation for performance discussions and investigation meetings.
• In conjunction with the General Manager HR & Operations coordinate all injury and WorkCover as required.

Skills and Experience

• Qualification in HR or similar.
• 2+ years experience in an HR Generalist role.
• The ability to take initiative when it comes to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Have a good understanding of Awards, Fair Work and relevant legislation.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.

Pay is prorata of the salary quoted.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $85,000.00 – $99,000.00 per year
