Mango Voice Hiring for Director of Finance and Accounting Job at Salt Lake City, UT Full Time

We are looking for an experienced accountant/financial analyst to be part of dynamic and growing company. This role would require maintaining day-to-day accounting and finance functions. In addition to managing day-to-day transactions, you would analyze financial reports, compliance filings and tax payments.

Responsibilities:

· Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process

· Match sales orders to invoices

· Verify that transactions are recorded correctly in supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger

· Bring books to trial balance stage

· Perform checks on posting process

· Verify tax forms

· Enter data, maintain records and financial statements

· Process AP/AR and handle portions of payroll in a timely manner

· Reconciliation between accounting and billing systems

· Assist with monthly budget to actual variance analysis

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of accounting experience

· Understanding of basic accounting principles

· Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

· Ability to manage detailed processes

· In-depth understanding and ability to navigate excel

· Proficient in other MS Office programs

· Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration

Salary: $25.00 to $28.00 /hour
