With a smart Head Office in West London, they are now looking for an experienced Head of HR/Senior HR Manager
KEY ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE ARE;
- Support the Group Executive Director for HR
- Bonus plan – Coordinate any 2022/3 year-end bonus submissions from each territory
- HR Operational issues
- Complex ER issues relating to Corporate Senior Managers
- Organisational design
- Headcount and structure review/changes implementation plans, whilst tracking the required deliverables across all Territories.
- Legal proposals
- Work with HR leads and Territory GMs in each territory
- Research and report writing
- Furlough
- Policies
- Budgeting process
- Lead the Group Resourcing Projects Manager
As well of having experience of the above you will be a hands on leader who is not afraid of getting stuck in to the admin but is also able to operate at a strategic level.
