The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for incoming telephone sales for retail and commercial business. The CSR is accountable for dealing with customer complaints, inquiries, and processing transactions. CSR understands his/her role as brand ambassador and provides positive brand experiences to all customers. Ability to work 40-hour work weeks and occasional weekends in the season are essential. Our season runs from mid-April to mid-November, weather dependent.
Compensation is $18 hourly rate, overtime, and potential sales bonuses.

Job Duties
Assist customers with standard account-related requests
Manage client accounts, relationships, and retention
Ensure client accounts are paid in a timely manner
Accurately enter orders into system
Stop payments as requested
Process necessary paperwork to rebate customer service charges
Handle client grievances
Other duties as required
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in an office environment
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional conflict resolution skills
Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Able to work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always
Computer literate, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e-mail
Proven data entry and typing skills
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Working Conditions
Overtime as required
