We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant role in a China-based Consumer Electronics company. The company is the UK chapter of a multinational firm with rapid expansion and one of the most recognisable global brands. It is currently seeking to hire a person with the relevant skill to work under the supervision of the HR manager.
Job Requirements:
It is necessary to be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English.
It is preferable to have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a similar discipline.
Work history in HR or an administrative position is desired.
Conversant with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, particularly with Excel).
Organisational and time management abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
Structured and detail-oriented approach.
Proactive and self-assured, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Administration of payroll and benefits.
Recruiting activity, such as CV submission and interview scheduling.
HQ reporting, comprising cost analysis, employee registration, and so forth.
Staff induction, personnel database management, and HR expense recording and other general HR responsibilities.
Other ad hoc assistance as needed.
