Candidate and Hiring Manager experience are at the heart of our service.

We are a complex organisation, always evolving, recruiting for a wide variety of roles from academics, baristas, accountants and even sports coaches, so you will sometimes need to think on your feet and your work will be ever-changing.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with a friendly and collaborative team where everyone plays a vital role recruiting for our future. You’ll be customer service focussed, making sure we’re delivering first-class support to our hirers, as well as a positive candidate experience. You will partner with our hiring managers to provide support, acting as the subject matter expert to guide them through the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will have prior experience in a recruitment focused role and will have knowledge and understanding of:

• Recruitment processes
• Assessment and selection methods
• Providing Hiring Manager advice and support
• Resourcing systems
• How to promote good Equality and Diversity practice
• Recruitment legislation
• How to write engaging adverts and identify the best sourcing channels to use
• Awareness of social media channels and their use for recruitment, ideally with experience of content generation
• Any experience of IT recruitment would be beneficial, but is not essential to the role
