As a Resourcing Administrator you will work closely with a friendly Resourcing team where everyone plays a vital role recruiting for our future. You’ll be heavily candidate focused, providing a positive candidate experience, always. This is a varied role, where you’ll support the team with managing enquiries, arranging interviews and preparing offers.

As well as previous experience of working in a HR environment, we’re looking for knowledge and understanding of:

• Building positive relationships with our stakeholders and candidates
• Recruitment processes
• Resourcing systems
• How to promote good Equality and Diversity practice
• Working in a customer focussed environment
• Providing excellent administrative support
