The Student Records Operation Team looks primary responsibility it to look after the student enrolment, to ensure that the data on the record is correct, students are enrolled on the correct course and unit details are correct. The department also supports academic staff with queries related to enrolment and unit registration, the team also processes student transfer, withdrawals and suspensions.
The role
We are seeking a Educational Services Administrator, who will assist the SRO team to deliver a high quality service to staff and students.
This post assists with a wide range of activities and requires considerable data input into MMU central systems, processing of data, monitoring email boxes and enquiry management systems such as SRM and Chewell.
The ideal candidate
You will have significant proven experience of successfully carrying out a range tasks and dealing large amounts of data with excellent attention to detail, you will also have experience of working with busy inboxes and enquiry management systems.
Ideally you will be accustomed to importing and exporting data, producing reports and working flexibly within a team on a wide range of tasks simultaneously.
You will be able to work independently and have excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to work proactively on confidential matters in a fast-paced environment, to achieve deadlines whilst retaining accuracy and discretion.
