Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent phone and email support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our service. They will also be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience, while managing the front line of customer support.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Phone Etiquette and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other online communication tools
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience in a customer service or support role preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
