Manchester Cycling Academy Hiring for Head of Education Job at Manchester, England Full Time

Summary:

This is a new and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced person to join our growing team. Responsible for leading and developing our newly established BTEC Programme which we run in partnership with Trafford College, the Head of Education will also work with prospective educational partners to grow the business.

You will be the ‘go to’ person on the education side of the business and will be expected to work flexibly to suit the needs of the business, providing leadership to the coaches who deliver on the programmes we offer and to all stakeholders. Previous experience of working with, at, or a detailed understanding of, National Sports Governing Bodies is not essential, but extremely desirable.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a new and growing business and would suit someone in an existing role looking to further their career or a consultant looking to expand their client base. As this is a flexible role and in light of the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic, it is not essential for you to be based in Manchester but it would be very useful.

Location: Manchester and Virtual WFH

Reporting to: Managing Director

Hours: 2 days Per Month

Remuneration: Negotiable. Day rate with financial bonus and incentive.
