Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, either independently or with reputable companies.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn).
• Exceptional phone and communication skills, including proficiency with Zoom.

Your Role: (we teach every aspect needed to succeed)

• Participate in weekly training and development sessions via Zoom.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Master lead generation techniques through social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with guidance from our expert team.
• Conduct structured interviews with candidates over the phone (training and scripts provided).
• Facilitate the provision of information to suitable applicants.
• Arrange online Q&A sessions through follow-up appointments.
• Mentor and support new clients, offering guidance and training.
