Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Operations Excellence based in Vancouver, BC. The role involves overseeing and enhancing operational performance across multiple locations to ensure best-in-class customer and employee experiences. Responsibilities include identifying and implementing process improvements, leading strategic initiatives, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and align with company objectives, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
