Position Summary

The Workforce Scheduler is responsible for efficiently scheduling Providers and ancillary staff to ensure optimal market coverage, with the objective of maintaining clinics open 100% of the time. This role requires a deep understanding of the dynamic work environment and unique staffing needs of retail health clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the work schedules of Providers and ancillary staff using scheduling tools and related software for multiple districts/states.
• Collaborate with Clinic Coordinators to obtain Provider and ancillary staff schedules according to market-specific staffing procedures.
• Fill open shifts due to vacations, sick days, disability leave, jury duty, and no-shows.
• Create and release work schedules for Providers and ancillary staff using Concerro.
• Work with market Leadership to identify and assign Providers to replace call-ins, minimizing overtime.
• Manage Clinical and Non-Clinical hours to minimize overtime.
• Recognize staffing needs according to seasonality and collaborate with market leadership to develop appropriate staffing models.
• Maintain and update Provider/ancillary staff profiles in Concerro.
• Ensure all exceptions are reconciled for payroll purposes.

Experience

• Previous scheduling experience in a medical environment is preferred.
