We are looking for someone with a very positive attitude with a strong work ethic. This person should be a great listener, a strong communicator, and diligent in completing tasks. They should have exceptional organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive customer and client satisfaction. Finally, our customer service representative should be comfortable, being an escalation point for our customers and someone who can address product and service issues.
This Customer Service Representative will support our Regional Directors in managing escalations and workflows from Manada’s partners and customers.
This is an onsite position in Celebration & not a remote position
2nd Shift Afternoon/Night
