WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Conduct all business in a professional, respectful manner
Proactively maintaining knowledge of processes for payroll, timesheets, LEMS, s, invoicing, and all documentation for the office/ site
Facilitate training for all incoming office/site administration
Recommend, review, and evaluate documents, LEMS, s, invoices, payroll submissions
Assist where necessary with internal and external financial audits
Work with other areas to ensure proper execution of overdue accounts receivables and/ or aging AR collections
Assists with processing crane work orders from several different sites/jobs
Create customer invoices for day-market projects
Creation of Purchase Orders and Good Receipts in SAP
Maintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external clients
Diagnose problems and propose solutions by working closely with operations to ensure work orders are accurate before they are presented to the client
Tracking performance and keeping systems up to date as needed
Responsible for providing essential coverage for colleagues to maintain uninterrupted operations and services
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution
Office Administration Diploma or Certificate
Minimum 5 years of office experience, previous site or industry experience is an asset
Proficient with computer software applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
SAP experience is an asset
Accounting knowledge
Be flexible to work on a wide variety of projects, tasks, and assignments, combined with changing prioritizations

This will be a full-time position operating out of our Fort McMurray, AB location on a full-time basis.
