Reporting to the Director of Customer Service, you will directly manage the team and provide leadership to two executives, each leading a team of similar size. You will be responsible for direct management
Developing skills and efficiency and building effective customer service relationships will be two important challenges.
To be a suitable candidate for the position of Customer Service Manager, you will have
Experience with clients (or sales)
A proven track record in cross-functional change management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
