Malina Chiropractic Hiring for Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant at Decatur, GA Full Time

Busy chiropractic office searching for a positive, energetic, caring individual for working the front desk along with some cross over duties with patients.

Part time with hours being from 24 to 28 per week.

Applicant must possess the following qualities:

Dependable, organized, detail oriented, excellent people skills, ability to multitask, outstanding communication skills, ability to work in team setting, ability to empathize with patients and comfortable working in a holistic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities – and can be trained on these tasks

• Understanding Various Insurance scenarios as we are in network with insurance companies
• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Checking patients in and out
• Scheduling patient appointments and new patients
• Processing cash and credit card payments
• Educating patients on the benefits of chiropractic care
• Doing various tasks on the computer for the doctor and for patients and working with our chiropractic software
• Answering phones
• Making patient calls

Required experience:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and overall computer proficient.

Pay is based on experience and knowledge ($18 to $22/hr)

Patient hours are Monday 8 to 12 and 3 to 6, Tuesday and Thursdays 2 to 6, Wednesday 8 to 12, Friday 7:15 to 12 and every other Saturday 7:30 to 10:30.
