We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions. The Recruiter will also be responsible for creating job postings, managing the recruitment process, and providing support to hiring managers throughout the process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and a commitment to finding the best talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
• Conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
• Manage job postings and job boards.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Utilize social media platforms to source candidates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
