Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
This position demands creativity, focus, and dedication to fill all vacancies with qualified candidates. Working closely with HR, the Specialist will address personnel needs aligned with our mission and goals.
The ideal candidate should have experience in full-cycle recruitment, including identifying, interviewing, and evaluating candidates for positions in our laboratory, billing, accounting, RCM, and logistics departments.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and implement recruitment strategies for the organization to ensure vacancies are filled in a timely manner.
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive and effective candidate sourcing strategy to build a robust talent pool.
Review resumes and applications to match experiences with specific job-related requirements.
Screen and interview potential candidates, and manage the hiring process, including reference checks and salary negotiations.
Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in making business decisions, have a high attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Strong knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS), preferred.
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently demonstrating a sense of urgency and perseverance in completing assignments.
Health Science / Chemistry degree preferred.
