Make Sense Offers is a nationwide property acquisitions and dispositions company. We primarily focus on wholesaling and fix and flipping. Our line of work consists of marketing to homeowners in order to purchase their property. We then go find an end buyer for their property or fix it up and sell it for a profit. We are looking for someone with escrow officer experience that knows how to take a real estate transaction from open to close and fully understand the real estate transaction process in order to help us with transaction coordination and dispositions of our deals.

Compensation $4,000-$7,000 Per month $50,000 – $80,000 Per year depending on experience level.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain professional relationship with customers

• Provide status of the transaction throughout the closing process to the appropriate customers

• Review contracts, and fill out contracts and organize them accordingly.

• Find a buyer for our transactions using our cash buyers list and tools.

• Provide a professional transaction experience communicating properly and resolving issues with buyer, seller and title.

• Complete knowledge and ability to handle a real estate transaction from contract to close.

• Understand all real estate terminology and common situations in order to get a contract from open to close.

• Resolve all issues during the transaction process.

• Report to sales reps the status of their deals frequently.

• Evaluate property to find accurate value and determine sales prices.

• Work hand and hand with the CEO of the company to successfully run the dispositions side of the operation.

• Work hand and hand with our preferred title companies.

• Nurture relationships with other wholesalers the company has built in order to help sell their deals for them and make a profit.

• Provide minimal administrative work for the company.

Qualifications:

• 1+ Year of escrow officer experience.

• Solid, knowledge of escrow/title process, legal documents, and real property

• Ability to build and maintain productive customer relationships managing challenging customers and resolving issues quickly

• Organized and must take responsibility for ones tasks at hand that need to be completed in a timely fashion.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Work Location:

• One location located in the Scottsdale Air Park
