• Providing timely administrative support in the delivery of end-to-end recruitment alongside a team of 5 TA professionals, which focuses on:
• advertising – posting and managing advertising channels
• scheduling interviews
• conducting pre-employment checks and preparing offer documentation
• coordinating on-boarding of new employees through onboarding systems and collaborating with peers in HR and IT across all onboarding matters

This role suits someone who has strong written and verbal communication skills – as literally you will interact with almost every candidate and hiring manager within our busy function! The key to success is someone who can demonstrate initiative and problem solving in their day-to-day tasks and who will enjoy a mixture of routine administration and project/process improvement activities. The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include national police checks and misconduct screening. Please be advised it is a requirement of MRPV that all staff attending any MTIA office must be vaccinated for COVID-19 (3 doses).
