• Taking ownership for a number of business units and providing end-to-end recruitment services which included expertise around sourcing methodologies, reviewing/screening/shortlisting candidates, guiding our stakeholders through the interview process and carefully managing the offer stage.
• Managing a range of Talent Acquisition improvement projects focusing on process and system changes, improving sourcing strategies and our employment value proposition. First up is creating a careers page!
• Partnering with the wider bright and bubbly HR team to provide high level advice in relation to workforce strategies and solutions

Joining a team of 4, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter who is enthusiastic about all things recruitment….and who can establish and maintain effective working relationships with our Hiring Mangers, including those at a senior level. We want to have some fun along the way and make the “process” of recruitment easier for our Hiring Managers and a wonderful experience of our brand for our candidates.

This is a 3 year fixed term position and could be flexible/part-time for the right person.
