- Forecast inventory for 30-60 Days out
- Follow up with “Parts Pending” status as parts are received for scheduling.
- Order parts for special orders.
- Process customer financing.
- Assist managers with written correspondence to vendors & customers as needed.
- Maintain Co-op programs offered to the company
- Calculate sales commissions
- Conduct job costing on each job with Servicetitan software
- Provide the financial information requested by other internal areas.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $22.00 per hour
