This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique, successful business in the CBD. This company pride themselves on being trusted advisors in the property development consultancy space and are looking for a Office Administrator to join their team!

What you will be doing…

In this newly created role, you will have exposure to a diverse range of clients, projects and responsibilities. What will set you apart in this role, is your willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business!

Working 24-25hr per week, our client is looking for someone to work school hours 5 days a week.

This diverse role includes tasks such as:

• Entering & Coding invoices in Xero
• Helping with all accounting aspects and data entry
• Organising company events
• Assisting all teams in office and following up with action items
• Monitoring emails and managing calendars
• General project admin support
• Helping with marketing and social media presence

Do you have what it takes…

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar position, an accounts background is beneficial
