This is the opportunity you have been looking for! An experienced, supportive team to collaborate with, based at their corporate Head Office on the CBD Fringe.

What you’ll be doing…

As you work across all of the HR disciplines, you will be an ambassador for the company culture and really walk the talk! This company is one which believes in Service Excellence to customer and also employees and you will be driving this throughout all your interactions! Areas that you will be involved with:

• Workforce planning
• Culture and Engagement
• Industrial Relations

You will be involved in building capability, ensuring core HR processes are addressed whilst working alongside management to identify talent, learning and development and broader change management initiatives.

Your attention to detail is essential and the role will also involve reviewing policies and procedures to ensure compliance to both legislation and company values! A desire for continuous improvement must be apparent in everything you do and you will be supported fully along the way!

What you’ll need…

• Qualification in HR / similar field
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, HR Practices and interpreting awards is essential.
• Warm in your approach, diplomatic and enthusiastic are all key!
